This Shipping Policy explains how Aurevella processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Business days do not normally include weekends or public holidays.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Product launches
  • Public holidays
  • High-order-volume periods
  • Payment verification reviews

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase has been submitted.

2. Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping fees may depend on:

  • Promotional offers

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or provided in your shipping confirmation when available.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the courier.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Under the FTC’s internet-order rule, online sellers need a reasonable basis for advertised shipment times. When an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, the customer must generally be given the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after the parcel is collected.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

6. Returned Packages

Additional charges may apply if a package is returned because of:

  • An incomplete address
  • An incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

Any eligible refund may be reduced by the original shipping charge and return-to-sender fees.

7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Local government charges

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs procedures may delay delivery. Aurevella does not control customs processing times or decisions.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Safety requirements
  • Local laws

We may cancel and refund an order when we cannot legally or safely ship it to the selected destination.

9. Lost Packages

Contact us if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or if the courier indicates that your parcel may be lost.

We may open an investigation with the delivery company.

A replacement or refund may be provided after the courier investigation confirms the package status.

10. Delivered but Not Received

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members.
  2. Check with neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
  3. Inspect porches, entrances, garages, mailrooms, and safe locations.
  4. Contact the courier.
  5. Email support@Aurevella.store with your order and tracking information.

We will assist where possible. A courier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

11. Damaged Packages

If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph:

  • The unopened package
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • Any leaking or broken items

Contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Do not discard the packaging until your request has been reviewed.
