1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, an item must be:

2. Supplements, Consumables, and Personal-Care Products

4. Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us within 7 days after delivery if a product is:
- Damaged

- Expired
- Leaking
- Incomplete
- Different from what you ordered

- Description of the problem
- Photograph of the product
- Photograph of the outer packaging
- Photograph of the shipping label
- Video evidence when reasonably requested
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Do not discard the product or packaging until we have completed our review.
5. How to Request a Return
To begin a return:

- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Use a trackable shipping service.
- Keep the shipping receipt until your return is completed.
Do not send a return without authorization.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

- The product is no longer wanted
Aurevella will cover reasonable return or replacement costs when we confirm that an item was defective, damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the full order was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise refundable under applicable law.
8. Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved.
A refund may be reduced or refused if the product:
- Has been used
- Is missing parts
- Has been damaged after delivery
- Is not in its original condition
- Was returned without approval
- Does not meet this policy
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and return postage are not refunded unless required by law or stated otherwise in this policy.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
When a direct exchange is unavailable, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
